Now closed and being renovated. This extraordinary building was built in 1879-80 for W.H. Godwin of Godwin's Tiles, who had their factory in neighbouring Lugwardine. The architect may have been Lewis Powell according to the local Pevsner and he makes liberal use of the company's products both without and within. The original name was The Ferns.
