Grade II listed house dating from the early 19th century but with a possible older core. The property is well known to locals and to urban explorers, not just for its grandeur and longstanding dereliction, but also its macabre backstory which can easily be read elsewhere. At the date of posting the house was on the market for a figure just shy of half a million pounds.
