Grims Ditch in Beamangreen Wood

One of the many linear earthworks found all over the place which bear this name. This particular example can still be traced on three alignments around whatever it originally enclosed. More of a bank than a ditch, it survives along here in a narrow strip of beech woodland followed by a public footpath.
