Built for a former mayor, Thomas Harvey, and described by Pevsner as one of the "best early C18 houses in Norwich". It has a good doorcase (Image]) and a slightly odd central dormer. Grade II* listed. Now offices, at the time of the 4women Resource Centre, "a one-stop-shop which supports women at risk of domestic abuse or in domestic abuse or who are on Probation or are at risk of offending".
