Not sure what this building is as there is no information or notices. May be a community centre or clubhouse. The tiles on the wall (see closeup http://www.geograph.org.uk/photo/5203751 ) depict what may have been local people. Apart from the front door it appears to be well maintained and certainly not derelict or abandoned.
