St. Margaret Clitherow is a chapel of ease to Belper, constructed in 1981. It is in the catholic parish of Belper and Duffield, which is part of the diocese of Nottingham. Margaret Clitherow was executed in 1586 for harbouring catholic priests and was declared a saint in 1970.
