Sturt and Milton Bank

Sturt is on the left and Milton Bank on the right beyond the straw bales. Note the traditional horse mill - the circular building at the extreme left of the steading at Milton Bank. These were used for threshing grain under cover, powered by a horse whose task was to walk round and round inside the mill.
