Located on the corner of Mill Street and Pedley Street. The Campaign for Real Ale website "WhatPub" describes it as "Lively weekend pub; part of Nantwich Road circuit." You wouldn't go here for real ale as they don't sell it. Outside a sign states the dress code: "No hoodies, baseball caps, tracksuits or workwear. Dress to impress!". The pub is also known as "Cruise Bar at the Albion". Previous names include Woody's Bar, Bar 22 and The Office but it has now reverted to its original name. It has a traditional hanging sign, but this has been painted completely black. Presumably someone couldn't keep up with all the name changes. Personally speaking I find the exterior pretty off-putting, but it looked even worse when it was Woody's Bar - see the photograph from April 2012 by Ian S. Some things never change though, e.g. the curtains. Image
