There are two concrete plinths at the original entrance to the university both viewable from the A27 trunk road. The path is the cycle path that leads back into the city via the A270 whilst the wall to the right of the path is the original boundary wall of Stanmer Park and reminder that the university was built on land previously part of the former estate.
