The Bell Inn

The oldest part of the inn is late 16th century. There have been additions and alterations in the 17th, 18th and 20th centuries. So named because this was where the bell used to call the ferryman was situated. The inn is listed, grade II, with details at: https://www.historicengland.org.uk/listing/the-list/list-entry/1050969
