Former water tower, Trinity Road

It was a purpose built municipal water tower, built around 1860 in an elaborate classical style. The front part is of red brick with terracotta dressings and the rear part of stack brick with a large bracket cornice, a stepped corner buttress and round headed arches with red brick dressings.
