There are several paths here, not all of which are substantial enough to be marked on the map. Heading south then east from here leads to some paths that are marked on the 1:25000 map, and which lead to Auchmountain Road near the eastern end of Knocknairshill Cemetery. Ahead, the land dips out of sight along the line of Devol Glen. Port Glasgow can be seen on the Clyde shore.
