For many years, the gable end indicated that this building was once Cooke's 'Britannia Hotel'. By 1983, it was 'Burnett House', occupied by Burnett & Co. (Hull) Limited, Nos.82-83 Castle Street. Subsequently vacant, it was refurbished some years ago, but recently occupied by 'My Pad' property agency.
