This modern (2010? 2013?) building sits on what was once the junior playground of Sandown Grammar School. Currently (Oct 2016) Google Street View from the same spot (on Winchester Park Road) shows the playground area - with the old(!) school building in the background. In this Street View, the Nissen Hut that housed (1952-3) the First Forms of the Grammar School have gone, replaced by a brick edifice; presumably this happened after the Grammar School moved to its new site on the Fairway.
