Hexham's smart new bus station takes shape, as seen from the western approach along the Corbridge Road.. Some confusion has arisen over the expected completion date, but it looks like it will be quite soon now. This clock appears to be frozen at 4.00, at least for the present. There seems to be some confusion over whether the clock is just a "design feature" or a real operating timepiece (see Image). If it can't actually be relied upon tell the correct time within a very small margin of error, it could be responsible for many a missed bus and would best be discretely removed.
