Monkswood Reservoir

Viewed from the north, Monkswood Reservoir was constructed in 1895 to supply the expanding city of Bath. During the construction a number of artefacts were unearthed, including thirty-eight pieces of Bronze Age metalwork - the Monkswood Hoard.
