Opened in 1840 by the Birmingham and Gloucester Railway, soon to become part of the Midland Railway empire. The station closed in 2016 and was demolished, being replaced by the one in the distance. View south west towards Worcester and Cheltenham Spa. All trace of the station that had stood on this site since 1840 has been erased. See Image] for a 2010 view of the old station.
