These are the remains of an adult male over the age of 46 found within the chancel of Norton Priory. Due to the prominent position of the grave it's possible they are the remains of William Dutton who became canon at Norton Priory in 1346. Wikipedia https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Norton_Priory
