The Hafod colliery and brickworks shared a bing and it has now been planted with trees to form the Hafod Community Forest which is now called Bonc y Hafod Country Park. The trees are now becoming well established. http://www.wrexham.gov.uk/english/leisure_tourism/boncyrhafod.htm
