Viewed from the minor road from How Caple to Hole-in-the-Wall, a hamlet on the east bank of the River Wye, part of the civil parish of Foy in Herefordshire, 9km north of Ross-on-Wye. An inscription on the building shows the year 1799. A For Sale with Planning Permission notice is on the building. The fencing around the building extends to the riverbank side.
