Tribute acknowledging the fantastic achievements of Sophie Wells MBE http://www.sophiewells.com/ at the 2016 Rio Paralympics where she won two golds and a silver to add to her gold and two silvers in London 2012 http://www.geograph.org.uk/photo/3158996 . Her proud dad Mervyn put this up at the family farm, Fir Tree Farm in North Harby.
