Planning permission has been granted by Dover District Council under application number DOV/15/00632 for the “erection of a replacement dormer window to front and new dormer window to rear, installation of skylights and parapet wall, replacement Kent peg tiles, window and door to front elevation with associated internal and external alterations”. This is Image after it had been renovated.
