Planning permission has been granted by Dover District Council under application numbers DOV/16/00908 to “remove existing ceiling and rafters from bedroom. New collar ties inserted at high level to form a vaulted ceiling with new plasterboard”. DOV/15/01252 a “change of colour to external render and external joiner; replacement of cement render and man-made slate roof”. DOV/15/01253 to “replace hard cement render, replace man-made slate tiles, and change the colour of the external render and joinery”. DOV/15/00684 the “installation of new and replacement windows and associated external alterations”. It used to be a public house http://www.dover-kent.com/Admiral-Penn-Deal.html but is now being turned into a dwelling house.
