A former field-sports shop, at the corner of Greenville Street, with a “sale agreed” patch on the for sale sign. Described by the agent as “The property comprises of an end terrace over ground floor commercial and two upper floors with seperate [sic] entrance, former residential accomodation [sic] with lounge, Bathroom, Kitchen and four bedrooms. There are currently roller shutter security on both entrances. Connswater shopping centre is just around the corner and attracts both motor traffic and pedestrian traffic from nearby residential areas.” I have no connection with any of the parties involved in the sale. Image shows the property after renovation.
