The building of the new multi-storey car park gave opportunities for new photographic viewpoints. Looking southwards here we see the Yelloway coach office on the extreme left. Just to the right of that is the River Roch, about to embark on its subterranean course beneath the Town Centre. Then the Town Taxi office and a ground-level car park. Behind is the cotton waste warehouse of J. Baron.
