The memorial bears 49 names of those who died in the Great War. The graves of four of those named above can be seen in the cemetery. Violet MEAL of Queen Mary's Army Auxiliary Corps does not appear on the memorial. She died in 1920 of illness contracted on active service in AUDRUICQ, France.
