Cycleway on Dick Lane

I'm not sure whether this was installed as part of the City Connect project (Leeds to Bradford cycle superhighway) but it certainly acts as a spur off that route, and is of the same design with a "floating bus stop". The reason for having a two-way cycle lane on one side of the road may be that the Leeds/Bradford boundary runs along Dick Lane (Leeds on this side).
