Slyne Road (A6), looking towards Lancaster. Work on the new Heysham to M6 link road nears completion. The A6 has been closed for the weekend to enable surfacing to be carried out. The junction in the foreground is a spur to a roundabout on the new road, which passes under the new bridge in the distance.
