Compared with Image, but seen from just southwest of Celax Close, there are now houses where before there was just excavated soil. Planning permission has been granted by Ashford Borough Council under application number 14/00681/AS for the “erection of 41 dwellings with access from Calleywell Lane, together with associated parking, landscaping and open space”. The location is described as “land abutting Celak Close southeast of, Calleywell Lane, Aldington, Kent”.
