The SSE Power Distribution electricity substation is located behind the wooden fence. Avon Trading Park is in the background. In late August 2016, a Masterlock strap encloses the small electricity cabinet in front of the substation. Labels on the cabinet show 'Warning! DO NOT OPEN' and 'DANGER LIVE APPARATUS'
