A derelict and boarded-up detached house for which there are two current (both 11 June 2015) applications for planning permission “LA04/2015/0666/F Proposed partial demolition and alteration to existing 6 No. apartments. 19 Windsor Avenue Belfast” and “LA04/2015/0666/F Proposed partial demolition and alteration to existing 6 No. apartments. 19 Windsor Avenue Belfast”. The 1901 street directory shows that this was the residence of JC Mayrs of “Mayrs, J. C., & Co., Cabinet Makers, Upholsterers and General House Furnishers, 67 to 73 Royal Avenue”.
