The adjacent buildings that were on the site are seen in Image It looks as though they were stables or coach houses for the villa behind. That has been extended and converted to flats; its access is from the south further down the hill. It has parking and what looks like a garage. There is now no connection between the two sites. The name on the red sign is J Sandland, Chartered Building Surveyor.
