This site remains vacant and for sale. One of the joint agents describes it as “The site extends to c. 0.7 acres (c.0.28 hectares) and benefits from extensive frontage onto Glenmachan Street of c.30 m (98 ft). . . . The site would be suitable for a number of uses, subject to planning permission. Full planning permission has been granted for petrol filling station, convenience store, car wash and forecourt canopy. Alternatively the site can accommodate a retail warehouse of c. 10,000 sq ft with 46 no. car parking spaces.”
