Currently occupied by Grouptyre who are a car tyre wholesaler. Originally much of the building had been a Unigate distribution depot. The trading estate was built in the 1970s with this unit built on the site of the old Hillman's Brickworks which operated from the late 19th century until about the 1920s and was the only one of the three brickworks in the village that possessed a railway siding.
