Built in 1877 together with the house attached http://www.geograph.org.uk/photo/5057953 by J F Bentley for Lord Beaumont. The design represents a move towards the main Arts and Crafts Movement, with distinctive plasterwork decorative panels http://www.geograph.org.uk/photo/5057973 between the first floor window pairs. Listed Grade II.
