This is a significant part of the spectacle at this annual event and this shows one of the more capable machines here. HMS Engineering of Hereford have created the Scandeere - a John Deere tractor with a Scania V8 truck engine. The sled is seen to the left and includes a weight that is winched along the bed to increase the load on the tractor. Unfortunately the light was in the wrong direction here.
