The present church dates from 1848 although the earliest church on this site was built at least 600 years before that. On the hour the clock chimes are not the familiar Westminster ones but a short tune which according to http://www.keighleysharedchurch.org.uk/kscstahistory.html is "Lead me, Lord, in thy righteousness" - a motet by Samuel Wesley.
