Purpose built local news and history archive building in Dudley. Just up the road from the Black Country Museum. The site was once part of the large rail freightliner depot that kept the railways running to Dudley - sadly now gone. To the left, you can just see the wooded area that surrounds Dudley Zoo on higher ground.
