Presumably, this sporting cyclist was originally stationed in the village centre, but is now located right outside the cafe in question. The cafe has two sets of opening times - more or less anytime for cyclists, but peak periods only for the general public. The cafe also hosts "Quirky Workshops" on a variety of activities.
