A milestone outside the Almonry in Evesham. This milestone has been moved from its original location which was at the crossroads on Greenhill. A brass plaque on the milestone informs that it is believed that it was originally placed at Greenhill in 1730. The milestone is inscribed: To Alcester X Miles (10) To Birmingham XXIX Miles (29) To Worcester XV Miles (15) To London XCVI Miles (96) Stratford and one other town appears on the milestone though this is not clear.
