Grade II Listed former town hall. 1938-9 by Clifford Culpin; altered 1972-4 by the Rolfe Judd Practice. Pevsner informs us that it is an important example of a 1930s municipal building in the Dudok-inspired style - "the only town hall of any London borough to represent the style of our time adequately". Now an office building and home to the Greenwich School of Management.
