NET trams are named after Nottingham heroes past and present, from all walks of life. The one on the left carries the names of Jimmy Sirrel and Jack Wheeler, manager and trainer of the most successful Notts County sides in living memory, the one on the right that of the Nottingham Forest full back Viv Anderson MBE, the first black man to play for England. Hucknall is the northern terminus of the Nottingham tram system.
