The two-manual instrument sits in the geographical north transept, which at Invergarry is unusually to the right of the pulpit as seen from the nave. It was originally built by Ingram of Hereford in 1898, two years after the extension of the church, and rebuilt using the same pipes in 1985 by George Sixsmith of Ashton-under-Lyne.
