On High Street in front of the Coldstream Parish Church. Inscription reads - "Erected by the inhabitants of Coldstream in honour of Sir John Marjoribanks, of Lees, Baronet, to testify their gratitude for his munificent gift of an abundant and permanent supply of water to the Town. 1852.”
