This building was formerly the premises of Donal Lucey Lawlor (chartered accountants). Planning permission has been approved, with conditions, by Folkestone and Hythe District Council under application number Y16/0397/SH for the “installation of replacement windows”. On the application form it states that the windows, which are to be replaced, are those on the first floor facing the High Street and Sun Lane.
