Located in The Trap House, West End, Minchinhampton. The Parish Council website states that The Parish Office is open each weekday morning from 9-12. It is an information point for local services, with leaflets on crime prevention, local events, bus timetables, composting and recycling, local walks and tourist information. Minchinhampton Parish Council serves a population of almost 5,000 people in a civil parish that extends from Houndscroft in the west, to Aston Down in the east, south to the A46 and north to the River Frome. It has five wards, North Ward, South Ward, Brimscombe Ward, Amberley Ward and Box Ward, served by fifteen councillors. As well as the town of Minchinhampton, the civil parish encompasses many villages and hamlets including Amberley, Box, Burleigh, Hampton Fields and Hyde.
