The top end of Exeter Lane, an access way and also public footpath no. C02 running alongside the Lower Gardens, comes out here on Exeter Crescent, which encircles the new West One cinema and restaurant development. The cinema complex is being built on the former NCP car park, which had been there since the bus station, the previous occupant of the site, burnt down in the mid 1970s.
