Exeter Lane runs along the western edge of the Lower Gardens and is a public footpath (no. C02). Although traffic appears to be allowed up to this point, in reality it is only authorised vehicles, such as the Borough Council's Parks Department trucks, that are permitted. To the right is pedestrian access to the Gardens, alongside the mini golf. See Image] for the next picture of the Lane behind us, and Image for the next one ahead of us.
