Quarterly, 1st and 4th, or, three boars' heads erased gules; 2nd, argent a demi otter sable holding a crescent gules crowned with an antique crown or issuing out of a bar wavy of the second (for Meldrum); 3rd, or, three crescents within a double tressure flory counterflory gules (for Seton). There are numerous branches of the Urquhart Clan (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Clan_Urquhart ) and the arms seem to combine aspects of Urquhart of Cromarty and Urquhart of Blyth.
