Northbourne: interesting social housing in Etches Close

Etches Close is a smart, newish side-road of social housing, built on a previously vacant plot. The street also forms part of footpath E55, which existed before the development was built. Ahead of us is a particularly flamboyant building with several dwellings; the shared driveway has rooms above by way of an arch.
